This policy explains what personal data Eterna Moments LLP collects through this website, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. It is written to meet our obligations under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules, 2025.

Who we are

Eterna Moments LLP is the Data Fiduciary responsible for the personal data described here — that is, we decide why and how it is used.

What we collect and why

We only collect what you type into one of our two forms. We do not use cookies, we do not track you, and we do not build a profile of you.

When you use the contact form, we collect:

• Name — so we can address you in our reply.
• Email — so we can send you our response.
• Message — so we can understand what you need.

When you use the careers form, we collect:

• Name — so we know who has applied.
• Email — so we can get back to you about your application.
• CV link — so we can review your experience.
• Portfolio link (optional) — so we can see your work.
• Message (optional) — anything else you want to tell us.

We ask you to paste links to your CV and portfolio rather than upload files, so we never hold copies of your documents. Those links point at services you control, and you can revoke our access to them at any time.

We use this data only for the purpose you gave it for. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for marketing or send you anything you did not ask for.

Who receives your data

Your submission is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form service acting as our Data Processor. They pass your message on to us and do not use it for their own purposes.

Web3Forms’ servers are located outside India, so your data is transferred outside India in the course of reaching us. This is permitted under Section 16 of the DPDP Act and Rule 15 of the DPDP Rules, which allow transfer to any country the Central Government has not restricted by notification.

Beyond this, we do not share your data with anyone else unless the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We do not keep your data for longer than we need it. For enquiries and job applications, that is 12 months, after which they are deleted from our inbox.

We are also required to keep records and access logs for one year, so that we can investigate and put right any security incident affecting your data. That applies even if you ask us to delete your data sooner.

Your rights

As a Data Principal, you have the right to:

• Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we are using it.
• Correct data that is inaccurate, and complete data that is incomplete.
• Erase your data where we no longer need it for the purpose you gave it for.
• Withdraw consent at any time (see below).
• Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or become incapacitated.
• Complain to us, and to the Data Protection Board of India (see below).

To exercise any of these, email sales@eternamoments.in from the address you used to contact us, and tell us what you would like us to do. We do not require you to fill in any form or create any account.

Withdrawing your consent

You can withdraw your consent at any time, and it is as easy as giving it: email sales@eternamoments.in with the word “withdraw” and we will stop processing your data and delete it, unless we are required by law to keep it.

Withdrawing consent does not make our earlier use of your data unlawful — it stops any further use. If you withdraw while we are still handling your enquiry or application, we will not be able to carry on with it.

We will respond within 90 days of receiving your complaint, and usually much sooner.

Complaining to the Data Protection Board

If we have not resolved your complaint to your satisfaction, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India, which accepts complaints online. Please raise it with us first so we have a chance to put it right.

Children

Our forms are for business enquiries and job applications by adults. They are not intended for anyone under 18, and we ask you to confirm you are 18 or older before you submit. We do not knowingly collect the personal data of children. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, email sales@eternamoments.in and we will delete it.

Keeping your data safe

This site is served over HTTPS, and your submission is encrypted in transit. Your data lives in our email inbox, which is protected by access controls. If a personal data breach affects you, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board without delay, in plain language, along with what happened and what we are doing about it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the “last updated” date above.
